Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee security operations and SOC functions, ensuring continuous monitoring, detection, and response to cyber threats.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and framework.
- Conduct enterprise risk assessments, manage security risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and relevant standards.
- Oversee infrastructure, network, cloud, and application security, including secure configuration management and architecture reviews.
- Lead vulnerability management and VAPT programs, prioritizing remediation based on risk.
- Manage and coordinate incident response, threat hunting, and forensic investigations, including post-incident reviews and remediation plans.
- Manage and mentor cybersecurity team members, fostering skill development and operational excellence.
- Drive security awareness and training programs across the organization.
- Collaborate with IT, cloud, DevOps, internal and external stakeholders to embed security into projects and operations.
- Prepare and present security metrics, risk reports, and executive-level dashboards to the Head of Department.Â
Job Specifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, or Computer Science from HEC recognized Institute / University with at least 4-6 years of relevant working experience.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISA, and Cloud Security (AWS/Azure) will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Proven experience in network and system security, SOC tools and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and application security.
