Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to support Head of Education and Training and lead the overall function of Digital Assurance and Accounting of ICAP.
- Leading efforts to develop successful technology learning programs and provide value-added services.
- Contributing to the development of certifications and other educational training programs.
- Supervise the research initiatives of ICAP.
- Benchmarking of ICAP qualifications with that of international bodies.
- Establish a structured approach for the entire lifecycle of digital board initiatives, including defining clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure effective project management and execution.
Job Specifications
- The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 05 years OR has a Masters in Finance & Accounts / Computer Science.
Skills Required
- Ideal candidate must have experience of working on digital projects and digital training programs with a reputable organization(s).
- Preference will be given to technology-oriented candidates.
- Candidate must possess good communication, interpersonal and management skills to lead this function of ICAP.
