Job Responsibilities
Timely filing of income tax and sales tax returns on quarterly/monthly/yearly basis.
Developing solutions for tax issues, be updated on new development laws and informing staff on timely basis
Completing schedules for preparation of income tax audits and sales tax.
Supervising staff to ensure correct withholdings of taxes from payments.
Building relationship with tax advisors and clients.
Identify and manage tax risks.
Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
Job Specifications
Ideal candidate should have a Certificate in Accounting and Finance (CAF), preferably Professional Accounting Affiliate (PAA) of ICAP with minimum 02 years of experience or graduate with 10 years of extensive experience of dealing with tax issues at departmental level.
Skills Required
Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
Knowledge of FBR, SRB, PBA, KPRA Portal and MS Office.
Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems.
