Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible to provide end user IT support and handle complaints at ICAP Islamabad and related satellite offices. Configure and setup computers, peripherals, and accounts, assign security level and data management. Provided IT assistance in events like seminars, workshops, conferences & webinars. Ensure smooth connectivity of video/audio conferencing meetings on daily basis and assists the supervisor in various ad-hoc assignments. Candidates having knowledge of Mobile Development, Web Designing, PHP Programming with MySQL will be an added advantage, he/she must require minimum supervision and may act as lead when the need arises.
Job Specifications
The candidate must be an IT Graduate/Masters (16 years) from an HEC recognized university with 2 to 3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
Skills Required
Having in depth knowledge of hardware and software, audio and video conferencing, computer networking and operating systems. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge of latest IT and software trends.
