Job Responsibilities
The position will be responsible to assist students in day-to-day queries; provide administrative support in organizing events and assist in the preparation of examination hall with the objective to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth conduct of examinations within the limits of guidelines/directives from the supervisor.
Furthermore, organize and execute CA Talent Program all over Pakistan and conduct RAETS and APPs visits, facilitate the students by providing career guidance, examination related information, addressing their queries with expedited solutions. Assist in receiving examination, registration, and other forms throughout the year and ensuring security measures are maintained.
Job Specifications
The candidate must be a graduate, preferably Masters from HEC recognized University with at least 2 - 3 years of experience.
Skills Required
Good communication and customer relation skills.
Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
